The FR 60 is a very solid, fast (approx. 40 kt) and safe motor yacht with CE-B certification, which thanks to its solid aluminum hull from professional speedboat production and a high-quality shipyard interior design to a unique symbiosis of power and cost-effectiveness.
The powerful motors together with the bow and rear jet rudder guarantee safe manoeuvres. The fuselage is insulated and with the powerful Eberspächer diesel heating, winter trips are also fun.
The hull, which is extremely strong from seawater-resistant aluminium (EN AW-5083, Al Mg4.5), was designed for very fast army and customs boats (top speed well over 60kt). Several dozen of them are deployed in the Middle and Far East as patrol and combat boats. The hull of the FR 60 was the only one to be upgraded into a motor yacht for the seaworthiness category CE-B (6 persons).
The yacht is very agile and with the Volvo engines quiet and economical.
FR 60 offers incredibly safe and comfortable gliding under all conditions with its powerful Volvo Penta D6 350 BHP engines with Duoprop Aquadrives at a low fuel consumption of approx. 65L/per hour at approx. 35kn cruising speed. Unloaded, FR 60 reaches a speed of approx. 40kt (habl-laden 36-38kt). FR 60 glides thanks to the special fuselage shape even on a slow ride (sliding from approx. 15kt.).
FR 60 is enrolled in Switzerland and thus complies with all the strict rules regarding environmental friendliness, noise, etc. FR 60 has been driven exclusively in fresh water (Swiss Mittellandlakes) since its on-market and is perfectly maintained. On request, the boat place in the area of the Swiss Mittellandlakes can be taken over.
