Beneteau Sense 55 is the largest boat in the new Sense line. After testing the design ideas on yachts of smaller length, Beneteau ventured out with a large boat. The main advantages are the same – a large area of social premises, saloon and cockpit, ease of control, good speed qualities.
The boat is positioned as a “sail apartment” for discerning yachtsmen, as well as for those who want to change a catamaran for a keel yacht (it is becoming increasingly difficult and more expensive to keep catamarans in crowded marinas in France). In terms of layout, the yacht has one interesting feature that is rarely found on boats of this length – the latrine and shower of the master cabin are separated from each other.
