According to the manufacturer, the hull of the OC Tender boats is built according to the basic principles of racing yachts, which makes it both light and maintainable. It is made on the basis of a 10 mm foam plastic “shell”, which is covered on both sides with a 600 g/m2 fabric with West System epoxy resin. In the area of the bottom and transom, the thickness of both the foam layer and the fabric layer is increased to 30 mm in order to reinforce places subjected to high loads. The deck is made in the form of an oval, made as a separate element, and then glued to the hull. After lamination, the hull and deck are sanded and painted.
