This Oceanis 2023 30.1 has done its sea trials but is otherwise in mint condition. The galley and the Head have never been used. Sailed from Newport R.I. to Portland and sailed perhaps 10 times in and around Casco Bay without incident.
Kept on a mooring during the Summer it is now on the mainland in Winter storage and can be seen. She comes with an IN MAST MAIN and a 120 jib in perfect condition. She is ready to sail with all equipment required by the Coast guard, as well as fenders, boat hook, lines, life buoy, Bimini, Dodger and connector. Owner waited 1 year from projected delivery.
