Description

he Corribee was first built in 1965 to a design by Robert Tucker for a 21' clinker built yacht. The design was bought by Newbridge Yachts in the late 1960s.

ACCOMMODATION: Four Berths in a Single Cabin. Two Single Berths in Forward Cabin with Two Single Berths Aft.

DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT: Toilet. Galley Area with Sink.

SPARS, RIGGING & SAILS: Sloop Rigged with Deck-Stepped Alloy Mast and Boom. Roller Main and Slab Reefed Genoa. Sails: 1 x Main, 1 x Genoa, 1 x Storm – refurbished and cleaned 2006. Stainless Steel Standing Rigging – Renewed 2006.

ELECTRONICS: Compass.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT: 1 x Fire Extinguisher. Bilge Pumps.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Tara is believed to be a Mk.1 Corribee supported by the fact that she has a separate rudder with no skeg. She has also had a modification to her coachroof.She has been in storage within our boatyard since being last hauled out of the water in Sept 2007.The boat has mainly been stored under cover. New lifelines made up by ourselves in 2004.Other than these items we have not done any other work on her during her time within our yard when she first was hauled up by ourselves in Oct 2003.
