First and most famous Gérard Danson design, combining classic elegant lines and exceptional performance build at the Atelier OUTREMER. The Outremer 40 design, small roof version in the line of the Formula 40 of the 80’s.
This offered Outremer 40/43 is the last one built (from 2004) and benefits from 3′ extended transoms and the famous large roof version, as aboard the Outremer 45. Large accommodation under the roof, no need to climb from the cockpit to the hull. A pure and performant design, dedicated for blue water cruising.
The most important Outremer philosophy is here, performance appears as evidence: Light boat, daggerboards, slim hull and tillers … the sum up of Outremer catamarans!
Last Outremer 40/43 made by the French yard launched in 2004. This unit is in great condition with regular maintenance, she has only 1700h and 400h on the second after we changed the engine, with full equipment.
