It will have 685 docking places on pontoons, up to 15 m in length, and an area will also be built with all the necessary services for sports boats. The pontoons will have water and electricity intakes installed in cabinets. In the The service area will house the yacht club, shops, car parks, the captaincy and the pedestrian walkways. There will be 2,000 parking spaces with trees around the marina, to serve both the port and the beach. The technical area will house the repair shops, the crane, the travelift, the slipway, the dock reception, fuel intakes and the fairing area or ground repairs.
