Built following the model called "Marinas", it has a capacity of 915 berths for lengths ranging from 8 to 50 meters. It has a sheltered area of 15 hectares and a draft that ranges between 6 and 3 meters in berths and 7.5 meters in its 80-meter-wide mouth. Two beaches to Levante and Poniente of more than 150 meters in length, complete its unique administrative concession, with a term of 99 years. Within a radius of less than 10 kilometers, there are nine 18-hole golf courses, one of 9 holes with lighting to play at night. Some of them are considered among the best in Europe
